What You’ll Do:

* Tap into our 70+ established Realtor partners to field inbound loan inquiries—no cold calling needed!
* Build relationships with top-producing real estate agents, builders, CPAs, and past clients to expand your business.
* Originate, structure, and close mortgage loans with the full support of an experienced Loan Coordinator and Processing Team.
* Represent Bay Equity at industry events, homebuyer seminars, and networking opportunities to grow your reach.
* Stay ahead of the curve with the latest mortgage laws, loan programs, and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

* Licensed in Texas (NMLS required)
* Based in Houston and ready to grow
* A self-starter with a passion for relationship-building (some self-gen business is a plus!)
* Knowledge of loan origination systems like Encompass (preferred)
* Strong sales, consulting, and customer service skills
* A confident communicator who can present with ease
* High school diploma or GED (AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
